The Simply Homegrown Market is now open on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12 noon in front of Butler's II, 74 N. Main Street, in historic downtown Clayton. We are also adding another market day this year! Starting Wednesday, May 14th, we'll be open in front of the RootCellar in downtown Clayton.

Simply Homegrown is a local farmers market in Rabun County, GA. Simply Homegrown was selected in July, 2007, as one of America’s Top 10 Farmer’s Markets by the readers of Eating Well, the magazine where Good Taste Meets Good Health.

The Simply Homegrown farmers market was conceived in 2002. During the first year of its inception, the market consisted of a small handful of growers but we now have over 20 local farmers, gardeners, bakers and beekeepers. All of our participants live in a three-county area and are required to sell only locally grown produce and products that contain local ingredients. Most use sustainable growing/production techniques and a few are certified organic, but all participants must disclose their methods.

The Simply Homegrown market is open Saturdays, and now Wednesdays, from 9 am to 12 pm, April or May through September or October in Clayton, GA. Check the website weekly while the market is open for a list of growers and the products they'll be selling. If nothing else, stop by and say hello!

If you're interested in participating, please contact us. Thanks for visiting! We look forward to seeing you at the market!
